Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had rooms that were too hot and dry, but they did have a large double bed. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, providing good housekeeping and laundry services. The location is near Tokyo, with an outside sitting and viewing area, but slightly outside the city center. The dining experience was great, especially the aged USDA prime steaks. The facilities were well-kept, offering a good value for money overall.
The hotel is conveniently located outside of Tokyo, offering a good onsen experience and outside sitting area. The enthusiastic and friendly service, along with the complimentary bowl of Ramen between 9:30 pm and 11 pm, enhances the stay. However, the rooms were too hot and dry compared to APA hotel rooms.
The hotel provided me with a mixed experience. While the rooms had a large double bed, they were too hot and dry for my liking. The service, especially from the enthusiastic and friendly staff, was remarkable. The location, although not in the Tokyo city center, was near Tokyo and offered an outside sitting and viewing area between 9:30 pm and 11 pm. The dining experience was great, with thin crispy fries and a complimentary bowl of Ramen during specific hours. However, there were some areas for improvement, like the room temperature and humidity.
